About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the workshop and identify the GAP.
- Develop detailed functional specifications.
- Manages functional incidents and service requests through their full lifecycle (through closure).
- Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 + years of experience in SAP-SD.
- At least 2 full life cycle experiences of Greenfield Implementation
- Should be autonomous, able to challenge the Business, to orient the business on core solutions without customizations.
- Experience with Global client Proximity.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and have strong independent Problem-Solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
- Ability to articulate and present different points of view on various technologies.
- Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- Specialized in the design and configuration of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
- Additional preference for domain experience in manufacturing.
- Business core stakeholders' interaction to nail down the requirements and articulate proposed solutions.
- Work experience with global clients and travel on-site.
- Good knowledge and experience with additional SAP Core modules Like -MM, PP, FICO etc. 6 Good communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience as a SAP SD Consultant, with a strong focus on Green Field Implementation.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings within the SAP ECC environment.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP PP/MM/FICO/PS is beneficial.
- Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement.
