About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP TPM + CRM Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and SAP CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements gathering, solution design, end-to-end implementations, stakeholder management, and business process transformation initiatives. This role is focused on functional consulting, implementation, and solution design. Candidates with predominantly operational support experience may not be suitable for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP TPM and CRM implementation projects.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Design scalable functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Configure and optimise SAP TPM and CRM processes.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Provide functional leadership and best-practice recommendations.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management):
- Hands-on experience in SAP TPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of trade promotion planning and execution.
- Experience with trade spend management and promotional effectiveness.
- Knowledge of TPM business processes in FMCG/Consumer Goods environments.
SAP CRM:
- Deep expertise in SAP CRM functional consulting.
- Experience in customer engagement, sales, trade management, and CRM processes.
- Requirements gathering and solution configuration experience.
Functional Consulting:
- Strong business process understanding.
- Requirements analysis and solution design expertise.
- Stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience leading workshops and business discussions.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall SAP consulting experience.
- Experience in multiple SAP implementation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global or enterprise-scale organisations.
- Knowledge of integration touchpoints across the SAP landscape.
