SAP WM with EWM

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Consultant with EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) expertise to join our growing SAP team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have deep domain knowledge in warehouse and logistics processes, along with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP WM and EWM modules.

• Implement, configure, and support SAP WM and EWM modules in various phases of the project lifecycle (blueprinting, design, testing, go-live, and support).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, write functional specifications, and support technical team in custom development.
• Lead integration between SAP EWM and other modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
• Manage system enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests.
• Provide support for warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Deliver user training and create detailed documentation.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and migration activities.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM and EWM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse movements.
• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) framework, wave management, handling units, storage control, slotting, replenishment, and physical inventory in EWM.
• Hands-on configuration experience in decentralized and/or embedded EWM.
• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, LE, and PP modules.
• Exposure to S/4HANA EWM environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
