Educational qualifications

Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent / post-graduation degree/diploma, Certification in any Saviynt product would be an added advantage.

Work experience

We are looking for a of Saviynt resource with 2-4 years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of Access Review campaigns, including:

Campaign creation, scheduling, monitoring, and closure

Reviewer communication and escalation handling

Ensure completeness and accuracy of access certification data, aligning with audit/compliance requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to:

Resolve certification findings

Improve access control, governance posture

Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, including automation and optimization

Support audit readiness activities by providing certification evidence and reports

Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Saviynt platform capabilities

Maintain a strong focus on risk mitigation, compliance adherence, and data integrity

Mandatory Certification Required:

•Saviynt IGA Professional

Technical Skills Required:

At least 24-48 moths of experience in Saviynt product.

Strong experience in:

Access Review / Certification Campaigns (Manager, Application Owner, Role-based reviews)

Segregation of Duties (SoD) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

Experience in Application Onboarding in Saviynt

Exposure to JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle processes in IAM solutions

Strong working knowledge of:

Saviynt workflows, certification configurations, and remediation processes

SQL (complex query writing for reporting and troubleshooting)

oREST APIs and JSON integrations

Understanding of:

IAM concepts and governance frameworks

Operating systems, databases, and target systems integrated with IAM

Basic exposure to:

Scripting / programming (Java, Python, etc.)

Code repository tools (e.g., Git)

Experience supporting audit, compliance, and certification evidence requirements

Behavioral / team skills

•Effective communication and stakeholder management (Security, Application owners, Business users)

•Ability to:

Work collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment

Deliver high-quality work within timelines
