About the role
SCRUM MASTER: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master drive Agile delivery and enable high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
· Track sprint progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and project dependencies.
· Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
· Maintain Agile documentation using Confluence.
