Scrum Master

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Scrum and Agile frameworks, skilled in servant leadership, and adept at removing impediments and facilitating team collaboration. Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) is essential.

 Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 Serve as a servant leader to Agile squads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

 Remove team impediments and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth delivery.

 Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

 Track and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts.

 Ensure adherence to Agile governance, ceremonies, and delivery processes.

 Coordinate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity in user stories.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align dependencies and support successful product releases.

 Promote transparency and alignment through regular communication with stakeholders.

 Drive adoption of Agile best practices and tools within the team and across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
