About the role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach the development team on Agile principles
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded automotive software
- Remove impediments to ensure the team meets delivery commitments
- Track and report key project metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners and ensure product backlog refinement
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in embedded automotive software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
