About the role
Seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and scale modern, high-performance web applications. This role involves hands-on development, UI architecture, and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Lead frontend architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams.
- Optimise performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Mentor team members and review code.
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience with state management (Redux, etc. ).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern build tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
