About the role
As an SDE II Full-Stack Mobile Engineer at Avaz (www. ), you'll lead the development of next-generation assistive technology products that transform the lives of children with disabilities worldwide. Your expertise across mobile, cloud, and AI technologies will drive innovation while creating meaningful social impact.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop sophisticated features for our Flutter-based mobile applications and Web applications.
- Lead technical implementation from concept to production deployment.
- Design and implement robust automation solutions for development, testing, and deployment.
- Proactively research and integrate Gen AI solutions to advance our assistive technology offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product management to lead releases.
- Optimise application performance and ensure scalability.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Flutter development and Dart programming.
- Strong experience with Cloud development(Next.js ).
- Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Gen AI technologies to solve real-world problems.
- Full-stack capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system architecture and technical decision-making.
- History of leading successful product releases.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Passion for creating technology with a positive social impact.
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
