About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Understanding of cloud architecture principles, particularly in hybrid and multi-cloud contexts.
- Practical experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with Linux server management and scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud and networking concepts (VPCs, VPNs, load balancers).
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (2 or more providers).
- Professional-level cloud certification from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker).
- Practical experience with GitOps or DevSecOps.
- Hands-on experience with cloud cost optimisation (FinOps).
- Experience developing and creating eLearning content.
- Experience with GCP Dedicated Interconnect and Shared VPC design, implementation, and operations.
- Hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
