About the role
We are hiring an SDET Engineer with deep Kubernetes testing expertise. You will test Kubernetes-based platforms end to end, well beyond deployment work.
What you will do- Design and run functional, integration, system, regression, upgrade, performance, scale and reliability tests on Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate API and CLI tests and maintain test automation frameworks in CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot defects, manage them to closure and assure release quality.
- 5+ years in software testing / SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including Kubernetes design and testing.
- Knowledge of cloud-native storage, backup solutions, Kubernetes operators, CSI, Helm or OpenShift.
- Strong Linux, shell scripting and automation skills; programming in Python, Go or similar.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
Work mode: Hybrid, Bengaluru. Candidates based in other cities are welcome if they are open to relocating. Joining: immediate joiners preferred.
