About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java, Selenium, and API automation tools.
- Implement cleanly and maintainably following enterprise coding standards.
- Build scalable automation solutions for web applications, REST APIs, and backend services, ensuring high test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and database testing, including SQL validation and defect analysis.
- Contribute to framework enhancements, code reviews, and quality engineering best practices to improve automation efficiency and reliability.
- Analyse test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Java, microservices design patterns and best practices.
