About the role
- Continue supporting existing client processes with minimal business disruption.
- Perform daily operational activities as per client SLAs and operating procedures.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time targets.
- Review, validate, and process financial transactions and operational activities.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions through collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client policies.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-training initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members (for senior positions).
