Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack
architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the
design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively
contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience. with .NET Core and React.js, a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, and working experience with Azure DevOps.
Must-Have Skills
·6-10 years of overall software development
experience.
·Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.
·Solid experience with React.js,
JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
·Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices,
and distributed systems.
·Hands-on working experience with Azure
DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).
·Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL
databases.
·Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum
methodologies, and delivery best practices.
·Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and
technical decision-making skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
·Experience with Azure services (App
Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).
·Knowledge of CI/CD best practices,
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
·Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or
product-driven environments.
·Familiarity with performance optimization,
security, and scalability for large platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.Technical
Leadership & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack,
cloud-native applications.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and
architectural guidelines.
- Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and
security.
- Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure
high quality and maintainability.
2.Hands-On
Development
- Actively contribute to development using.NET Core /
C# and modern front-end technologies.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and
distributed systems.
- Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving
and optimizations.
- Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components
into applications.
3.Advanced
Technologies & Innovation
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Data
Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL).
- Contribute to Digital Twin architectures,
simulations, and real-time system modeling.
- Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps
practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging
technologies.
4.Team
& Stakeholder Collaboration
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical
excellence.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering
stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical
risk management.
