Senior Associate-Operational Data Management- Gurgaon

The Clinical Data System Support (CDSS) partners with the R&D System Lifecycle an Strategy (SLS) group in supporting different clinical systems dedicated to clinical studies that provide ongoing support services relating to business system ownership for clinical systems and their users. The team sits under the Medical and R&D team in the Knowledge Centre at WNS.

• Understanding clinical development process, clinical study stages and milestones and managing activities related to driving compliance of the process and system

Tracking and reporting requests and delivery

Skill Set:

• Experience as a Quality Analyst/Operational Support/Incident/Request Management
• Analytical bend of mind and should have the ability to identify process implications and flagging non-compliance
• Ability to multi-task and to work within a framework of standard processes
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to grasp requirement and deliver as per understanding
• Self-motivated, desire to learn, quick adaptability, able to work independently and under tight timelines
