Senior Associate – SAP TM (6 - 10 years) As a Senior Associate in SAP TM, you will tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution, manage deliverables independently, and contribute to cross-team efforts while upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients. • Suggest improvements when problems or opportunities arise. • Handle and analyze data and information responsibly. • Follow risk management and compliance procedures. • Stay updated with developments in your area of specialization. • Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner. • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. • Manage deliverables independently within a team environment that includes client interactions. • Contribute to COE activities and cross competency work. Must-Have Skills • 6-10 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). • Hands-on experience in configuring/defining Freight Orders, Freight Contracts, Freight Settlement and Posting, Post Processing Framework (PPF), Business Rules Framework (BRF+), Event Management, Parcel/LTL, EDI Integration, TM Enterprise Structure, Freight Unit building, Freight Unit Management, Trip Planning, Load Planning and Optimization, Selection Profile, Planning Profile, Carrier Invoice Integration. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Effective team player.
