- Experience consists of contributing to projects in either Python or Golang.
- Experience consists of leading a team of 3 or more software developers while contributing code independently.
- Experience consists of directly impacting the architecture and design of large-scale, distributed systems.
- Experience leading Agile development teams, preferably with formal Agile training.
- A clear history of learning and skills development. Regularly helps software developers develop their skills in a variety of ways.
