Requirements:
- At least 3 years of back-end, server-side software development.
- Great at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
- Strong experience with server-side languages TypeScript/Node.js .
- Strong experience with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Strong experience with RESTful API design.
- Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging.
- Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter, proactively learning, debugging, and understanding complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or another technical discipline from a top university.
- Experience designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks and instrumentation.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, user segmentation, and growth loops.
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Ability to work full-stack with strong collaboration with UI engineers on performance and optimizations.
- Understanding of and experience working in the financial industry or familiarity with any of the following: digital wallets, clearing and settlement, lending, trading, accounting systems, etc.
