About the role
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, primarily focused on backend engineering.
- Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate or Golang.
- Golang Expertise: Strong, production-level experience building backend services with Go (Golang), featuring a solid grasp of concurrency and performance optimisation.
- Architecture and Design: Robust understanding of Microservices Architecture, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and foundational design patterns.
- Data Layer: Proficiency in database management across both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL environments.
- Tooling: Direct experience with Git version control and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, communication, and team leadership capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
