Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, and passionate Bench Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of the US recruitment market, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

1. Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand market needs.
3. Manage and work effectively with candidates such as OPTs, Green Card holders (GC), Citizens, and H1B Transfers.
4. Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and oversee the successful placement of candidates.
5. Proactively source and solicit referrals to build a strong pipeline of qualified consultants.
6. Provide market insights and demonstrate expertise in common US work authorizations including H1B, L1, EAD, TN, and Green Card processes.
7. Work independently with a "go-getter" mindset, while maintaining the ability to multi-task in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

• Proven sales background with a strong record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Exceptional communication skills with a solid understanding of the US market.
• Expertise in working with diverse visa holders (H1B, OPT, GC, Citizens, etc.).
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage the entire recruitment placement process.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-driven, and deliver results consistently.
• Strong passion for sales and a "go-getter" attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
