Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), preferably with hands-on experience in Conga CLM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of new implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CLM solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement CLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support post-implementation activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CLM processes.
• Support the change management process by developing user training and documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise – Conga CLM experience preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience working on development/new implementation projects.

Proficiency Level

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with CLM (Conga CLM preferred): Level 5 (Expert)
