About the role
The Senior Business Systems Administrator (NetSuite) is responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform to ensure its security, reliability, and efficient operation. The role supports system enhancements, workflows, scripting, integrations, testing, and deployments while following established change management and governance processes. It collaborates with business and application teams to implement business requirements, resolve system issues, and optimize NetSuite functionality. The position also manages user access, reporting, compliance, and documentation to ensure the platform supports business operations and long-term scalability.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of NetSuite administration experience.
- Obtainment or pursuit of a base NetSuite admin certification is preferred (e. g., SuiteFoundation or Administration).
- Optimisation and other preferred NetSuite certifications of interest include ERP Consultant, Financial User, Suite Analytics, Application Developer, etc.
- Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification.
- Minimum expectation of a bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience.
