Senior Consultant

As a Project Manager the resource will be responsible for:

-Manage assigned projects independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor

oDrive and unite contributors of the mission for achieving the objective

oProvide permanent control on the deliverable by managing the associated risks and challenges

oEnsure the deliverables are achieved as per the agreed objectives

-Work on 1 or more project at the same-time based on the available capacity

oAssigned project(s) can be standalone or be part of a programme

oCan be of similar nature having medium to high complexity, impact & criticality

-Responsible for deploying the Project Management framework and other Business Transformation Frameworks within their project

-Serve as the relationship linkage between the Business Users and IT team for Trade Globally & Provide Functional Consulting based on the past experience/in-depth knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis and IT processes.

-Ability to Articulate the user needs & to pay close attention on all risks and provide better solution to counterparts

·10+ years in IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs

·Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence

·Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication

·Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams

·Knowledge on Agile practices

·Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle and PM/BA best practices

·Proven Project management skills and experience having ability to deliver fixed & innovative assignments

·Expertise in the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes

·Analytical mindset to be able to navigate through complex projects

·Stakeholder management experience, especially around running project governance

·Demonstrate strong cooperation and team spirit to work efficiently with all departments

·Client orientation mindset with attention to detail

·Experience in implementation, change management and benefits realization

·Understanding of banking industry & of how change drives benefits for the organization, its customers and other stakeholders

·In depth experience of working in transformation and change projects

• Good understanding of Front to Back trade finance life cycle & System Architecture
• Strong knowledge in operational/IT flow in different Trade products
• PMP, Prince 2, Agile, MS Visio, Advanced MS Office, etc. in addition to possessing skills in BRD preparation
• Bring in value additions to the assigned projects
