About the role
Requirements:
- 6+ years of D365 FSCM experience.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Hands-on Manufacturing experience: Production Control, BOMs, Routings, Production Order.
- Hands-on Advanced Warehousing experience: Work Templates, Location Directives, Mobile Device Menus, Waves/Loads, and License Plates.
- Master Planning experience: Coverage Groups, Planned Orders, Item Coverage.
- Requirements gathering and solution design experience.
- UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare involvement.
- Client-facing consulting experience.
- Microsoft D365 SCM Certification.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
- ISV solution experience.
- Integrations (EDI, MES, WMS, Power Platform).
- Data Migration Ownership (DMF/Data Entities).
- Managed Services / AMS experience.
- Azure DevOps / Jira experience.
- Team lead or mentoring experience.
- Experience with global or US-based clients.
- Additional D365 certifications.
Automatic Red Flags:
- Primarily support experience with no implementation background.
- Inventory management experience only.
- No manufacturing experience.
- No advanced warehousing experience.
- No master planning knowledge.
- Unable to explain what they personally configured.
- Participated in projects but did not own workstreams.
- Experience primarily in AX, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP with limited D365 exposure.
