About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Extraction & CX Support Analyst to support the Horizon Program and business operation. The primary focus of this role is extracting, analyzing, validating, and supporting the migration of data from Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will also have experience providing day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, collaborate with business and technical teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment.
