About the role
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
- Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, realisation, testing, and go‑live support.
- Provide post‑go‑live support and quickly resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with warehouse operations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and delivery team members.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and system enhancements.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑users and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, reporting status to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate emerging SAP S/4HANA EWM features and recommend improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, preferably on S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in both implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, and inventory management.
- Expertise in S/4HANA EWM configuration and business process support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior consultants.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
