This role involves overseeing the creative process, ensuring delivery aligns with the company’s vision, and actively contributing to production using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and BlenderKey Responsibilities

Provide creative direction for 3D animation, motion graphics, and video projects.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end creative process.
Collaborate with internal teams and guide creative execution.
Hands-on production in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Blender.
Communicate with clients to meet project requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of animators, designers, and video editors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of experience in creative direction and multimedia production.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender (Optional: 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Unreal Engine)
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
