Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hyderabad_Skyview. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Data Modeling and Data Engineering, playing a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. This position requires a deep understanding of data structures, data warehousing, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Design and implement robust data models that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and modeling.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Strong expertise in Data Modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies, including but not limited to SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
• Solid understanding of database management systems and data architecture principles.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in data engineering.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Data Engineering or Data Modeling are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
