Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Python with strong expertise in NLP/LLMs.
- Proven experience designing scalable ML frameworks and systems.
- Strong experience applying SOTA models to real-world problems.
- Experience building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade ML systems.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
- Strong system thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and driving technical best practices.
- Ability to independently own and deliver complex projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LLM observability, monitoring, and evaluation systems.
- Strong familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building reusable ML platforms, pipelines, or internal tooling.
- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
