About the role
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product design, with depth in dense interfaces: tables, forms, permissions, and multi-role flows.
- Hands-on frontend engineering. You write React and work comfortably in a real codebase: Git, branches, pull requests, and code review. You'll be shipping prototype code that engineering builds on directly.
- Design systems built and maintained at scale, in code. You should be able to direct AI tools to build and maintain prototypes that adhere to accessibility, component system, and other guardrails.
- AI used structurally in how features got shipped at your last company, from ideation through implementation and review, not just for copy or asset generation.
- A portfolio with real prototypes and shipped outcomes, not only Figma case studies.
