Required Skills & Experience• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with senior executives, including CTOs, CFOs, and other business leaders.• Positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and assertive yet collaborative approach to stakeholder management.• Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality outcomes independently.• Strong data analysis capabilities with advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex queries on large datasets.• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights and actionable analytical solutions.• Experience building dashboards utilizing AI tools like Sigma (BI Tool), Claude, ChatGPT etc. and added expertise to improve the visualization to aesthetically beautify the dashboard as per business needs.• Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar platforms a plus
Mandatory:• Work from Bangalore office for 4 days a week during US timezone
