About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable and maintainable UI components using React.js .
- Develop complex frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement efficient state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Work on AI-enabled features and applications, including integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web products.
- Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in frontend architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering discussions.
- Identify and resolve performance, usability, and production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to frontend engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on frontend development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
- Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, asynchronous programming, DOM, and browser concepts.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or AI-powered applications, preferably involving generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-driven product features.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to generative AI/LLM-based applications.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI APIs.
- Understanding of streaming responses, chat interfaces, AI agents, or RAG-based applications.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Exposure to CI/CD and cloud-based application deployment.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS/enterprise products.
