About the role
- In this role, you will independently manage the erection, installation, and commissioning of Instrumentation & Control systems for small and medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project schedule requirements
- Additionally, you will oversee the installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of field instruments while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Furthermore, you will perform control valve calibration, stroke checking, diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities to ensure reliable system performance and operational readiness
- Meanwhile, you will execute loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning activities for PLC and DCS systems, ensuring smooth integration and successful plant start-up
- Consequently, you will coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient site execution
- Moreover, you will monitor construction and commissioning activities, maintain project documentation and records, and ensure timely completion of instrumentation deliverables
- Finally, you will lead plant analyzer commissioning activities, support system performance testing, and contribute to the safe and successful handover of commissioned systems to operations
