About the role
- In this job role you have to ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of PGP plant during the shift
- You have to work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents at Plant. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident
- Furthermore, you have to organize safety programs the Plant, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc
- Then you have to ensure products manufactured/supplied meet prescribed quality standards as laid down by the company
- In this job role you have to plan and coordinate with raw material suppliers'/source locations to ensure timely receipt of inputs for production that meet the required input quality standards
- You need to ensure quality testing is carried out, and traceability is maintained from source to delivery for all products as per the defined SOPs
- Then You have to maintain Batch & Quality control records for medical gases including incoming raw materials accounting of all purchases and ensuring timely payments to vendors
- You have to prepare MIS reports monthly, daily and shift reports pertaining to lant operations
- You have to meet KPIs for the plant such as Production Targets, Productivity, Loss reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.
