About the role
- In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage detailed baseline project schedules covering all phases, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project objectives and execution plans
- Additionally, you will monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify variances, track performance metrics, and implement timely corrective actions to achieve planned targets
- Furthermore, you will perform critical path analysis, evaluate schedule risks and delays, assess their impact on project timelines, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation strategies
- Meanwhile, you will coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, schedule integration, and effective communication across all project functions
- Consequently, you will plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support project requirements and milestone achievement
- Moreover, you will manage schedule updates and scope changes, evaluate their impact on project timelines and deliverables, and maintain accurate planning records in compliance with organizational standards and best practices
- Finally, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance updates while supporting project controls and cost management activities to ensure successful project delivery
