About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of backend software engineers working on large-scale Java applications.
- Drive technical architecture, design discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and related technologies.
- Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, performance optimization, security best practices, and CI/CD implementation.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on technical and professional growth.
