About the role
- Own the brand asset kit for new property openings and refits: signage, in-room collateral, wayfinding, amenity copy
- Run the check that new and refitted properties launch on-brand, and maintain the punch list where they have not
- Keep the asset library current and make sure ops and design teams are pulling from the right version
- Own listing accuracy across MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Agoda: names, descriptions, imagery, amenity tags
- Run a rolling audit cycle so problems are caught by us, not by a guest
- Work with distribution and online business to push corrections through the channel manager
- Brief agencies, track timelines, review deliverables against the brand book
- Run AI-first workflows for creative variants and copy, with human review before anything ships
- Coordinate activations and events end to end
- Build and run the monthly brand health report across Google and
- Flag recurring friction points by property and by theme so ops can act on them
- Track campaign performance: reach, engagement, sentiment
- Manage vendor onboarding, quotes and delivery timelines
- Handle invoicing and payment processing against the brand budget, accurately and on time
- Every live listing across the estate carries the correct brand name, approved imagery and accurate amenity data, and stays that way because there is a cycle keeping it that way
- Every new opening gets a complete brand kit before launch, not after
- A monthly brand health report that ops and leadership actually use to decide where to intervene
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in brand, marketing or content. Internships and management trainee stints count. D2C, retail, hospitality or travel exposure preferred
- Detail tolerance: A large part of this job is spotting the one listing out of forty that is wrong. If that sounds tedious rather than satisfying, this is not the role
- Writing: You can write a clear brief and clean copy without three rounds of edits
- Data comfort: Working knowledge of Excel or Sheets. You can build a pivot, read a rating distribution and spot the outlier
- AI fluency: You already use AI tools in your own workflow and can show us where they helped and where you had to override them
- Judgment: You will find problems nobody assigned you. We want you to raise them
- Exposure to OTA or channel manager systems
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma for quick turnarounds
- Any hospitality or travel background
