About the role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Search and identify upcoming society events near Ghatkopar, Chembur and Bandra stores● Shortlist events based on footfall, target audience and business potential● Coordinate with society committees for permissions, slots and logistics● Ensure timely planning and on-the-ground execution of all society events● Arrange appropriate insurance coverage for all upcoming small events and large exhibitions● Liaise with the insurance vendor to ensure all events are covered before execution● Maintain proper documentation for all insurance policies and event records● Update and maintain the pipeline sales data on a weekly basis● Share a screenshot of the pipeline sale update in all relevant groups every week● Ensure accuracy and timely sharing of all sales pipeline updates without delay● Follow up with the marketing team for printing materials for upcoming society events and exhibitions● Ensure all marketing materials are ready well in advance of event dates● Track delivery status and escalate delays to the reporting manager immediately
