Good written and verbal communication skills for seamless interaction with stakeholders. 2. Strong coordination capabilities to work across multiple internal teams and drive delivery. 3. Understanding of Indian General Insurance / Health Insurance domain (added advantage). 4. Self starter and torch bearer, able to take initiative and lead tasks independently. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Work as an individual contributor while being a core part of the technology team. 2. Interact with internal stakeholders to gather clarity on business and technical requirements. 3. Analyze and understand requirements for Change Requests (CRs), enhancements, or new components. 4. Develop applications, write clean and maintainable code, and perform unit testing. 5. Manage deployment activities, ensuring smooth migration across environments. Coordinate with internal teams (QA, Infra, DevOps, Product, Business Users) for timely delivery of CRs and releases.
