Role SummaryTo support retail sales of Tile Adhesive by servicing dealers, retailers, and counter sales points, while ensuring product availability, visibility, and basic market coverage in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers and retailers to promote Tile Adhesive.
- Support order collection and secondary sales activities.
- Ensure proper product availability at retail counters.
- Assist in onboarding new retailers within the assigned territory.
- Support local promotional activities and schemes.
- Collect basic market feedback on pricing and demand.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
Experience & Industry Background
- 3 years of experience in retail or channel sales.
- Exposure to building materials or construction products preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic retail sales and communication skills.
- Field execution capability.
- Relationship-building with dealers.
- Result-oriented and disciplined.
- Basic understanding of dealer and retailer management.
- Good market coverage and follow-up skills.
