About the role
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sourcing Specialist to join our Domestic sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, executing sourcing strategies, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will play a key role in optimizing supplier performance and supporting cross-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories or projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet business needs.
- Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Development, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Operational team) to align sourcing plans with business objectives.
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Support risk management and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years plus experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global sourcing and supplier development.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices.
- Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
