Roles & Responsibilities
·Strategic planning and management of the entire Finance & Management Programs’ portfolio
·Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of the prospect university partners for B2C business and B2B clients), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.
·Partnering with Sales as a Subject Matter expert
·You will be responsible for strategic industry partnerships
·Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
·Hire and lead a faculty team to achieve the relevant learning objectives.
·Source and onboard part time faculty as per requirements
·You will ensure the overall success of all the programs in your portfolio
Requirements
·Expertise and experience in the field of management/Finance would be preferred.
·Teaching or academics experience will be required for this role.
·A Management certification would be added advantage to this role.
·Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.
·Very good communication skills in order to communicate with the senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.
·Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
·A leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
·High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
