About the role
We're looking for a Senior Engineer ready to own architecture decisions, not just execute tickets.
Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable microservices in Java and Spring Boot real system design, not boilerplate CRUD.
- Drive REST API design across MongoDB and PostgreSQL at scale.
- Lead frontend architecture in React JS component strategy, state, and performance.
- Set technical direction alongside product, QA, and DevOps; your call carries weight.
- Mentor the team and raise the engineering bar.
- Own production stability end-to-end.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years building production systems in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Deep hands-on experience with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL, not just listed but lived.
- Strong grasp of microservices architecture and system design.
- A track record of owning modules end-to-end.
- Comfort in a small, high-ownership team with direct founder access.
