Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be able to transform creative concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphic designs, marketing creatives, and visual content.Edit and produce engaging videos using professional video editing software.Develop creative content using AI-powered design and video generation tools.Apply strong design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.Create motion graphics, visual effects, and audio-edited video content.Collaborate with the team to understand creative requirements and deliver projects on time.Manage multiple design and video editing assignments simultaneously.Incorporate feedback, make revisions, and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative technologies, and AI tools.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere ProCorelDRAW Adobe InDesign Final Cut Pro or other relevant video editing toolsAI-powered creative tools, including RunwayML, Nano Banana, Leonardo AI, and GensparkMotion graphics, visual effects, video editing, and audio editing
Required Qualifications & Competencies
5–7 years of hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing.Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.Solid understanding of design fundamentals and video production techniques.Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.Flexibility to accept feedback and make creative revisions.Good English communication skills.
