About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems
- Review drawings, technical submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and MEP teams
- Plan site activities, monitor project progress, and coordinate HVAC material procurement
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, and project standards
- Manage testing, balancing, commissioning, documentation, and project handover
- Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians while monitoring workforce productivity and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in HVAC project execution within MEP contracting
- Strong experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers, industrial, and residential projects
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Experience in quantity take-offs, billing, project documentation, and reporting
- Strong team management, client coordination, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- HVAC certification will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel and work across project locations as required
