About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise on-premises infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, migrations, and troubleshooting.• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO), Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles.• Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, Hyper-V virtualization environments, VM lifecycle, and performance optimization.• Manage and support Terminal Server (Remote Desktop Services) environments.• Support server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and data center operations.• Monitor infrastructure using tools like PRTG, N-Central, or similar platforms.• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.• Support basic networking activities including TCP/IP, VLANs, and switching concepts.• Handle and support overseas/international clients, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Required Skills:• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server & On-Premises Infrastructure.• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Terminal Server, and server administration.• Experience with storage, backup, monitoring tools, and data center environments.• Experience in handling overseas/international clients.• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
