About the role

Backed by top-tier investors and industry leaders, we're building a mobile-first platform that's secure, scalable, and designed for real-world impact. As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned iOS developer who can lead mobile architecture, own end-to-end delivery, and build best-in-class user experiences for our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure iOS applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship new features and improve performance.
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Write clean, testable code and lead by example in upholding coding standards and best practices.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for iOS across the team.
- Own the full release cycle to the App Store, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong mobile team.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience building and scaling iOS apps.
- Strong command of Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and iOS frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of iOS internals - memory management, concurrency, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, secure mobile transactions, real-time data, and offline-first design.
- Experience with MVVM/MVI, SwiftUI, and mobile architectural patterns.
- Strong knowledge of the App Store lifecycle, certificates, and provisioning profiles.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: ownership mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or the digital payments domain.
- Exposure to encryption, data privacy, and compliance (RBI, PCI DSS, etc. ).
- Familiarity with analytics, crash reporting tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source or personal fintech apps in the App Store.
