Senior IS Project Manager ASIA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-budget projects. This role demands a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning projects with organizational strategy and delivering measurable business value.

8+ years

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale or high-risk projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, meeting quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues to leadership.
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable business value.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-budget projects ($500k+ budgets, cross-functional teams, or multi-year timelines).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification required.
• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Intimacy with key enterprise functional domains, business processes, and supporting platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Trello.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling, pivot tables, data visualization.
• Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau.
