About the role
onsemi is seeking a skilled Saviynt Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the corporate Enterprise Cybersecurity Services (ECS) group. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions that protect onsemi's identities, applications, and data.
You will partner closely with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to automate identity lifecycle processes, strengthen access governance, and support enterprise compliance requirements including SOX and audit readiness. This role also focuses on leveraging Saviynt's latest AI-powered capabilities to drive efficiency across existing processes and elevate the overall user experience. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings an "automate everything" mindset to modern identity security.
