About the role
Job Description:
As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications end to end—from scalable, secure backend services through to modern Angular front ends. Working closely with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams, you will contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, lead and mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards. You will also adopt AI tools and AI-assisted software development lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks to improve speed, quality, and productivity across delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in the Java ecosystem, cloud-native development, and practical AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
- Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.
- Adopt and leverage AI tools and frameworks to improve speed, quality, and overall productivity.
